③ Compact and close to buildings

The elevator is located at the entrance of the staircase, occupying half of the entrance space, and the level position of the elevator is at the corner of the staircase. To reach the corner platform of the middle staircase between the two floors, one needs to go up or down half of the floor to reach the destination floor. There is a rescue channel, whether there is a computer room or not.

④ Connected platform type

The elevator is located directly in front of the staircase entrance, and the elevator steel frame shaft is about 2 meters away from the main building, avoiding the space where residents enter the elevator and staircase entrance. To reach the corner platform of the middle staircase between the two floors, one needs to go up or down half of the floor to reach the destination floor. There is a rescue channel, whether there is a computer room or not.

The above two methods belong to the staggered entry method.

Advantages: Adding elevators does not require special renovation of the house, and can meet the safety technical specifications for elevator acceptance, with low requirements for the layout structure.

Disadvantage: It requires walking up or down half a level of stairs to enter the house, which cannot solve the problem of special groups such as the elderly, weak, sick, disabled, pregnant and young directly reaching the residential floor.
